The statistics are staggering, in some emergency service organisations 50% of emergency service volunteers are inactive within twelve months of joining. Recruiting Volunteers can be as draining as it is rewarding and volunteerism is changing.
Recruiting and Retaining Volunteers Wshop (388 KB)
Small group workshops conducted as highly interactive and hands-on experiential learning. This workshop is suited for emerging leaders, managers, team leaders, coaches and mentors who are responsible for developing individuals or teams.
Coaching and Mentoring Workshop (484 KB)
Volunteer leaders play an important role developing their teams, however are often challenged with how to effectively influence them. The retention of volunteers relies heavily on a supporting culture and effective leadership, this workshop is essential for all emergency service personnel that are transitioning into a leadership role.
Leadership Fundamentals Workshops (390 KB)
This twelve week intensive program is delivered for emergency service organisations. Nominated leaders work within a small team where they will be supported with a mentor and accountability partner to keep them on track.
A combination of experiential face to face workshops in region, and four supporting webinars provide an advanced leadership experience. Minimum 12, maximum 20 participants per program.
