The retention of volunteers relies heavily on a supporting culture and effective leadership, this workshop is essential for all emergency service personnel that are transitioning into a leadership role.

LEADERSHIP IN ACTION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

This twelve week intensive program is delivered for emergency service organisations. Nominated leaders work within a small team where they will be supported with a mentor and accountability partner to keep them on track.

A combination of experiential face to face workshops in region, and four supporting webinars provide an advanced leadership experience. Minimum 12, maximum 20 participants per program.

Stage One: Two days - face to face interactive workshop
Stage Two: Four online webinars and a performance coaching session
Stage Three: Two days - face to face interactive workshop
